The Covid vaccine had issues that were known quite early on in the roll out of the vaccines. Issues like the way the Spike Protein operates can cause problems, issues like Antibody Dependent Enhancement may enhance binding of new infections to cells, etc.
This is a list of the sorts of things that were being discovered about what to consider with the vaccines back in 2021 before they were submitted for full approval by June 2021.
With so many potential issues still unresolved now years later, it’s unclear why they were approved at all, except to think there was some corruption at the highest levels in public health.
